Tickets purchased using this system are for a single and specific event. The event will take place on the date, time, and location indicated on your ticket/boarding pass. All vessels depart rain or shine. If you choose not to join us we can reschedule your reservation subject to availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
Thank you for considering Pure Florida for your boating needs. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make sure our cancellation policy is fair and transparent for all of our customers.
If you need to cancel your reservation, we require that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure time in order to receive a refund. However, please note that there is a 5% fee deducted from the total amount refunded.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled departure time, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, we do offer the option to reschedule your trip for another day within six months of your original reservation or receive a gift certificate for the full amount paid. These options are subject to availability and must be arranged through our reservations team.
Please note that if we cancel your trip due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip for another day.
We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, and we look forward to providing you with an enjoyable and safe boating experience with Pure Florida.
What if we don't show up for the tour?
No show, no refund. We have limited seats and if you decide not to go we will do our best to reschedule for another day, no refunds are issued for no shows.

All tobacco products strictly prohibited
Excluding Double Sunshine and Edison Explorer outside beverages are welcome on all vessels.
