Tickets purchased using this system are for a single and specific event. The event will take place on the date, time, and location indicated on your ticket/boarding pass. All vessels depart rain or shine. If you choose not to join us we can reschedule your reservation subject to availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
To receive a refund you must contact us directly prior to 48 hours of your tour. You must actually cancel the reservation. There is a 5% processing fee charged to any reservation.
What if we don't show up for the tour?
No show, no refund. We have limited seats and if you decide not to go we will do our best to reschedule for another day, no refunds are issued for no shows.

All tobacco products strictly prohibited
Excluding Double Sunshine and Edison Explorer outside beverages are welcome on all vessels.
